The past year has been a tough one for Scouting having to meet virtually rather than face to face, but this hasn’t stopped Wolds who have had a fantastic year! Not only have they continued to meet virtually but have grown their numbers too and now have 116 young people and 20 Leader in the group (which is more than the local primary school!)
To mark this special occasion the group held a mass investiture and promise renewal for all the members of the group who could attend. As well as this the group held the annual AGM and presented group awards for the best Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from the past year.
Whilst the parents took part in the formal meeting, the Beavers and Cubs took part in games and activities put on by the Scouts.
Congratulations to Wolds for growing their group and for a fantastic year of Scouting.
