As 2023 comes to a close and we reflect back on another great year in Charnwood District, I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the leaders, volunteers, the Team and District exec for all their continued hard work in ensuring that the District keeps moving forward.
We already have many activities planned for 2024, and the Team are busy working on the Celebration camp in May.
Many unsung helpers have worked tirelessly in the background for groups, and every hour given makes a huge difference to someone, and in the end a big difference to all.
So whether you have helped on a parent rota, sat on a subcommittee, organised a fund raiser, you have made a difference. Thank you.
Leaders spend time over and above the weekly meetings booking, organising and ensuring the safety of our young people. I am very proud of Charnwood and all its members, the dedication and the outcome of their efforts are outstanding, here is to 2024.
