This week Rothley Beavers were busy getting ready for Remembrance Day. They were joined for the evening by two Army Seargents who spoke to them about the importance of Remembrance Day and answered questions about their time in the army.
For the rest of the evening, they took part in a teamwork challenge having to race across one side of the Scout hut to the other using steppingstones, then they took part in marching drills so they are ready to parade on remembrance Sunday.
If you’re out in Rothley on remembrance Sunday make sure you keep an eye out for the Beavers demonstrating their parading skills.
