Rothley Beaver’s have been back out and about, this time at the Oaks Campsite cooking hand made pizza’s in the sites pizza ovens!
The night started by making the pizza bases, mixing the flour and water to make the dough with the help of the Leaders and parent helpers , then kneading the dough before letting it set for a short time.
Whilst the dough was setting the Beavers took the opportunity to play games on the huge camping field.
After the dough had set the Beavers came back to finish making their pizzas spreading the tomato base then topping with cheese. It was then over to the pizza ovens to cook for that amazing fresh stone baked taste.
